Job Description:
The Mechanic’s Assistant is responsible for assisting with a variety of automotive repairs, performing routine and mechanical repair and maintenance work. This is an entry-level position, welcoming all applicants with mechanical experience to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist mechanics with a variety of automotive repair and maintenance work, including but not limited to, removing and installing of parts, performing oil changes, returning tools to their proper locations, etc.
- Ensure the shop is kept organized and tidy.
- Drive to various locations to pick up and deliver parts.
Key Requirements:
- Valid G or G2 license
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs at a time
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of trucks and vehicle repair
- Ability to follow instructions
